United States home sellers are encouraged when it comes to selling their homes. Approximately 73% of Americans believe this is a great time to purchase a home. This percentage remains unchanged from February. But the percentage of Americans who feel this is a good time to sell their homes rose from 25% to 26% in February 2013.
